You know how sometimes you have to call a business and you don't want to wait through all the menus on the main line, so you just get ahold of a direct line -- any direct line -- and just call that one? And then you just hope for the best that you can get to where you need to go?
Well, today I was that direct line people had gotten ahold of. I got several calls today from people who had no intention of talking to someone in my department. They just wanted to talk to a human who could get them to the right place. So that's what I did.
Several years ago, we got a photo submitted to us that was of a man, but he looked exactly like a woman. He was not transgendered, he just looked like a women. It was really strange. And all day long, we all were singing, "Dude looks like a lady." We couldn't help ourselves.
